Perfume & PJs is the Women's Collective's quarterly signature gathering. It's an evening designed for women to arrive soft — in elevated loungewear, in comfort, in honesty. Each edition explores a different facet of fragrance through guided exploration and swapping.

But the fragrance is the entry point, not the destination. The real experience is what happens when grown women exhale, get curious, and actually talk.

The conversation goes deeper than the scent notes.
